Project Description

A small retail development in the heart of Chicago’s west side, this project provided an opportunity to test the use of some new materials, namely an exterior green wall and pervious paving in the rear parking lot. The use of the corrugated metal cladding with the addition of louvers create dimensions through shadows along the facade.
